Body Mind Fitness’ 7-week Prenatal Yoga program is offered at our studio in London (Lambeth), Ontario. This yoga class for pregnant moms is perfect for working on mobility and strength geared to the changes your body will go through during your pregnancy.

You may have heard that yoga can help manage the discomforts of pregnancy, prepare for birth and recover after baby - this is true by the way. Traditionally women have been told to “take it easy” or in recent history, “just do what you’ve always done”, and while staying active and building strength in healthy pregnancies is becoming the new norm, the truth is always - “it depends”. Small Group Classes allow you the comfort and ease to listen to your body and ask questions to help you feel successful as your body continues to change throughout pregnancy. 

Growing a baby and giving birth is one of the most physically demanding things your body will ever go through, and even if you have never participated in yoga before pregnancy you can still get started with this class.


Prenatal Yoga is a 75 minute class.

Body Mind Fitness provides weekly Small Group Classes and specialize in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Fitness in London, Ontario that run as Pre-Registered Sessions at a discounted price. You are more than welcome to attend on a "drop in" basis when space is available and can reserve your spot online up to 15 minutes before the start of class.  

What is the benefit Small Groups? The beauty of Small Group classes, is the ability to receive individualized attention that you would not receive in a larger yoga class. So, the more I get to know you, the more I can help YOU discover what you need and how to get there.

Offering Personal Training & One-on-One Yoga in person and online, as well as Small Group Classes in London, Ontario to provide a more personalized approach to your health and fitness needs."

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space and classes being customized to those in attendance; participants must register ahead of time for classes.

  • A Minimum of 3 participants are required in order to run a class (maximum 7 participants). 
  • Space is limited, in order to guarantee your spot, classes must be booked online, by email or phone.
  • Sessions run on a multi week cycle. Participants will register for the same class weekly (same time, same day) and will pay up front to secure their spot. 
  • Classes are SAFE for Prenatal & Postnatal Students.

If you were unable to register for the class of your choice, please let me know. 

Not only will this help us to see where we need to make scheduling adjustments, but you can also be placed on a cancellation list.

Terms and Policies

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer; only one discount per service/purchase.
  • Payments can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer or by credit card.
  • Classes and Sessions are 55 minutes unless otherwise denoted.
  • First time participants, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver.
  • Please arrive 5-10minutes before your class or session begins; doors will be locked once class begins.
  • Life Happens and we understand. In the event that you cannot attend a class or an appointment, it can be made up as long as you give 24 hours notice. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. The appointment may be taken off a package or charged individually
  • We offer a generous 'make-up' policy that allows you to attend any other regular scheduled class within 3 months of the start of the session in which you are registered when space is available.  Missed classes cannot be used as a discount toward future sessions.
  • All classes and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Please avoid use of perfumes, colognes and body sprays within the studio.
  • Cell phones must be turned off while in the studio to give yourself and others around you a well deserved break.
  • Please remove your shoes while inside the studio.
