Classes will run throughout the summer, unless Mother Nature has something to do with it! Classes may vary week to week based on the weather, instructor availability, and student interest. I'll be testing out different time slots over the first few weeks to get an idea of interest and demand.
With so many outdoor options to choose from, what makes these classes different?
The yoga poses you know and the strength training you need.
Lots of parking is available onsite at 2454 Main Street (Body Mind Fitness' studio location), and classes will take place in the grassy area at the back of the parking lot. See map below.
Classes are great for beginners and continuing students who are comfortable moving from the ground to standing unassissted.
Bring your yoga mat, water and sunscreen
We'll be using minimal props during outdoor classes, but f you have any props you love like blankets, blocks, yoga straps, etc - please feel free to bring them along. We'll also be using resistance bands - you can certainly bring your own, but I have some to borrow or you can purchase your own through me.
Registration and Cancellations due to weather
Registration must be done online (see link at the top of the page) prior to attending class. Payment can be made in advance by e-mailing your chosen price to email@example.com or in person by cash, debit, or credit card. Walk ins will ONLY be accepted when space is available and waiver is filled out (see black box above). Spaces will be limited to accomodate current COVID guidelines provided by the Government of Ontario and/or the City of London. Registration and waivers are required for contact tracing.
If we need to cancel class due to inclement weather (rain, thunderstorms), I'll send an email to the address you registered your spot with no later than 6:00pm.
