So you’re feeling a little tight, and all your friends keep telling you NEED to take a yoga class.
But a class where you look around the room and see all kinds of pretzels, doesn’t feel super welcoming to you or the average newcomer to yoga. That’s where I come in.
no, you don't have to be able to touch your toes, but if that's your goal, this class will help you get there.
Yoga for Stretch & Release is all about helping you feel oh so ooey gooey… in a good way, trust me. Yoga is great for many many reasons, but many poses can feel super unaccessible. So I decided to take a little inspiration not just from yoga, but also self-massage and other movement techniques to invite you feel freedom in the “right way.”
Yes, I’m still going to take my typical outside of the [yoga] box approach, and some of the things we do might be… weird, but with an emphasis recovery, so you’ll leave feeling cool, calm, collected, and confident.
It's time to start moving with more freedom and less pain.

This class isn’t my typical approach to combining yoga and strength, but all good strength programs have a little down time. I’ve been craving a gentler class, you asked for it, and this class is gonna compliment the other classes here at the studio beautifully. Plus it’s CO-ED, so you can come with your partner, or send him to class while you chill out, curled up under your fave blanket and your newest binge worthy show (you can probably fit 2 episodes in while they're gone).
