You may have heard that yoga can help manage the discomforts of pregnancy, prepare for birth and recover after baby - TRUE. Traditionally women have been told to “take it easy” or in recent history, “just do what you’ve always done”, and while staying active and building strength in healthy pregnancies is becoming the new norm, the truth is always - “it depends”. Small Group Classes allow you the comfort and ease to listen to your body and ask questions to help you feel successful as your body continues to change throughout pregnancy.
This class is perfect for the pregnant mama who is looking for movement to support her through pregnancy and childbirth.
Growing a baby and giving birth is one of the most physically demanding things your body will ever go through, and even if you have never participated in yoga before pregnancy you can still get started with this class.
Prenatal Yoga is a 75 minute class.
Body Mind Fitness provides weekly Small Group Classes that are Prenatal and Postnatal Friendly in London (Lambeth), Ontario that run as Pre-Registered Sessions at a discounted price. You are more than welcome to attend on a "drop in" basis when space is available and can reserve your spot online up to 15 minutes before the start of class.

The more I get to know you, the more I can take your needs and goals into consideration as soon as I start planning the class.
