|Yoga for Mobility & Strength|
Yoga for Mobility & Strength is a 7-week program offered by Body Mind Fitness at our studio in London (Lambeth), Ontario. Providing weekly Small Group Classes that are Prenatal and Postnatal Friendly in London, Ontario that run as Pre-Registered Sessions at a discounted price. You are more than welcome to attend on a "drop in" basis when space is available and can reserve your spot online up to 15 minutes before the start of class.
I use strength as a healing practice.
The goal of Yoga for Mobility & Strength is to build yoga poses from the inside out by bringing true functional movement patterns into a traditional yoga setting - creating strength and stability in the end range of motion for each student.
It is very easy to create shapes with the body without any effort whatsoever. This means you could "strike a pose", but the pose could easily be lacking strength and stablility. When you learn to engage and align your body properly, you are creating greater awareness not just of your body, but how each pose feels within your body. With this awareness you can take control of your practice and realize how small changes to positioning and engagement can change the feel of the pose.
Yoga for Mobility & Strength is a 75 minute class.
What is the benefit Small Groups? The beauty of Small Group classes, is the ability to receive individualized attention that you would not receive in a larger yoga class. So, the more I get to know you, the more I can help YOU discover what you need and how to get there.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space and classes being customized to those in attendance; participants must register ahead of time for classes.
Interested in starting yoga in the middle of a session? No problem! Call 519-719-6432 or email email@example.com and we'll make it happen.
- Space is limited, in order to guarantee your spot, classes must be booked online, by email or phone.
- Sessions run on a multi week cycle. Participants will register for the same class weekly (same time, same day) and will pay up front to secure their spot.
- Classes are SAFE for Prenatal & Postnatal Students.
