A Great Fit for your Group
Designed Around People, Not Performance

These sessions are created for workplaces, teams, and groups who want to support wellbeing without pressure, performance, or exclusion. Everything is designed to meet people where they are, fit naturally into the workday, and leave participants feeling steadier, more comfortable, and genuinely supported.

Built for everyone, not just the “fit” ones
Sessions are accessible and inclusive by design. Movements are adaptable, instructions are clear, and no one is singled out or put on the spot. Whether participants are new to movement, dealing with stress or stiffness, or simply unsure where to start, the experience feels welcoming and manageable, even for those who have never stepped foot in a gym.

Not your average corporate wellness offering
This isn’t about productivity hacks or squeezing more output from tired bodies. The focus is on helping people feel better in their bodies, calmer, more grounded, and more at ease, so they can return to their workday with less tension and more clarity. Expect fewer rules, more permission, and a tone that feels supportive rather than performative.

Practical tools people actually use afterward
Participants leave with simple stretches, breathing techniques, and movement strategies they can realistically use at their desk, at home, or during moments of stress. Nothing abstract or overly complex, just tools that actually translate into daily life and continue to support wellbeing long after the session ends.

The result is a shared experience that supports individual wellbeing while strengthening the overall health and energy of the team.

What Sessions Can Include

Each session is customized to your group and can include a mix of:

  • Gentle yoga and mobility
  • Strength and posture support
  • Back and hip pain relief
  • Core and pelvic floor education
  • Breathwork for stress management
  • Meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Ergonomic-friendly movement for workstations
  • Intuitive movement and body awareness

How It Works

  1. We talk about your group. You tell me who they are, what their days look like, and what they need most.
  2. I design the session.One-off or ongoing, in person or online — everything is tailored to your space, schedule, and comfort level.
  3. Your people show up and exhale.Sessions can be done standing, seated, or using chairs throughout — no getting down to the floor required unless it makes sense for your group. The goal is supportive movement that feels doable and welcoming for everyone.

I’m based in Lambeth, London Ontario, and can come to you in person, or we can meet online via Zoom.
