I didn’t grow up athletic either. I nearly flunked grade 9 phys ed and avoided sports like they were contagious. So trust me: if you feel awkward, nervous, stiff, not-flexible, not-sporty, or like you don’t fit the yoga mould… you’re my people.

Classes are available both in-person in Lambeth, London Ontario, and worldwide virtually through Zoom. There's space for a maximum of 12 students (10 in studio), because I've never been a fan of being sardined into an over-crowed yoga class.
These classes are built for real bodies and real life. Each session blends yoga, strength, and mobility, then adapts to the people actually in the room. Whether you’re new, returning after time away, working with an injury, or navigating pelvic floor concerns, you’ll be guided safely and with care.
The vibe is intentionally different from a typical yoga class. There are fewer rules, more laughter, and a lot more freedom to move in ways that make sense for your body. We focus on what feels good, what’s sustainable, and what helps you move through everyday life with more ease and strength.
Class sizes stay small on purpose. With a maximum of 12 students, and 10 in-studio, you have space to breathe, stretch, ask questions, and actually learn. No squeezing mats together, no getting lost in the room, just room to settle in.
And I teach this way because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to walk into a class unsure or worried about doing it wrong. That’s why I explain things clearly, keep the tone light, and help you build confidence one gentle step at a time. No pressure, no pretending, just real support as you grow more comfortable in your body.
The 12-week commitment is where transformation happens. It's how your body learns, how your confidence grows, and how movement becomes something you actually look forward to.
When registration closes, any remaining spots become Drop-In Spaces. Drop-ins don't include the perks or personalization of the series, but they're perfect if you want to dip your toes in before diving into a full commitment with a perfect stranger.
