Karma Week is the perfect time to dip your toes in and see what Body Mind Fitness is all about-no strings attached.

This special event runs from July 7th to 17th and gives you the chance to try a class, meet your instructor, and feel out the class vibe before diving into a full session.

For one week only, we open up our regular schedule of classes and invite new students (and returning ones who want to try something new!) to join us for a single, one-off class. It's a chance to feel out the vibe, explore a new class style, and get a sense of what makes our approach a little different-all while paying what you can.

Yes, you read that right. During Karma Week, you choose the price that works for your budget. Whether that's $5 or $25, your presence matters more than the number on the payment.

What Makes These Classes Special?

Our Karma Week classes aren't personalized like the series classes we run throughout the year-but that doesn't mean they're cookie-cutter. These sessions are hand-picked student favourites from the past year: thoughtful, high-value classes that blend yoga with a variety of other movement modalities.

You might experience:

  • Functional strength work woven into your flow
  • Deep core and pelvic floor awareness work
  • Self-massage techniques to release tension and improve mobility
  • Mindful stretching to help you breathe easier and move better

Each class is designed to give you the most bang for your buck-even when you're setting the price.

What Classes Are Offered?

You'll find options from all of our most loved series, including:

  • Yoga for Core and Pelvic Health: Build strength and awareness where it matters most. This class blends targeted core work, pelvic floor support, and mobility to help you move with confidence.
  • Yoga for Mobility and Strength: A full-body, no-nonsense class that builds real-world strength, flexibility, and better movement patterns-without the burnout.
  • Yoga for Stretch and Release: If your body is feeling tight, tired, or tense, this class is your reset button. Expect soothing, feel-good movement that helps you breathe again.
  • Prenatal Yoga: A welcoming space for expecting parents to move, connect, and prepare for birth with thoughtful breathwork, gentle strength, and pelvic floor support.

A Few Things to Know

  • All regularly scheduled classes during Karma Week are included.Check the schedule and join us in person (space is limited!) or from the comfort of home-we have lots of room online.
  • These are drop-in style classes for Karma Week only.You're not committing to a series, but if you love what you experience (and we think you will), we'd love to welcome you into a future 12-week session.
  • No experience required.These classes are beginner-friendly, body-aware, and welcoming to all.
