Yoga for Mobility & Strength is for people who want to move better and feel stronger, without needing to already know what they’re doing. You don’t need a background in sports. You don’t need flexibility. You definitely don’t need to love exercise.
You just need a body and a little curiosity.

Prenatal & Postnatal Friendly
A lot of yoga focuses on getting your body into a very specific shape. Deeper stretch. Prettier pose. Longer hold. That approach can be frustrating, especially if your body didn’t come with an instruction manual.This class takes a different route.
Instead of trying to force a pose, we build it from the inside out. We combine familiar yoga shapes with simple, practical strength work so your body feels supported, not strained.
It’s yoga that makes sense — even if yoga has never really made sense to you before.
We blend yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness, and modern strength techniques in a way that feels approachable and grounded.
Creating shapes with your body can be a fun party trick, but those shapes don't always come with strength or stability. This class helps fill in those gaps - gently, progressively, and without pressure to perform.
You'll be guided clearly, offered options, and reminded often that you're doing just fine.
We focus on functional movement, the kinds of things you do every day without thinking about it until something feels off: squatting, balancing on one leg, pushing, pulling, twisting, supporting your core when life asks a little more of you, yes even carrying all the groceries in one trip.
The intention is simple: to help you feel capable beyond the mat.
Prenatal and postnatal students are always welcome, with thoughtful modifications offered along the way.
Yoga for Mobility & Strength runs as part of a 12-Week Series, which allows classes to be planned knowing who will be there. That consistency is what helps your body adapt, your confidence grow, and movement start to feel familiar instead of intimidating.
When registration closes, any remaining spots open for Drop-Ins. Drop-ins are perfect if committing to 12 weeks feels like a lot right now. They’re a gentle way to get a feel for the class, the space, and the vibe.
Just know that drop-ins don’t receive the same level of personalization or perks as series members — and the real magic happens when you stick around.
