This class follows a simple, practical framework I call the ABCs. No worksheets. No overwhelm.

We build awareness first, then strength, then confidence. Everything is layered gradually and explained clearly, so you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.

And yes, it’s much more doable than you might expect.

How the Series Works

Yoga for Core + Pelvic Health runs as a 12-Week Series, which allows each class to be planned knowing who will be there. That consistency matters. It’s how your body learns, adapts, and begins to feel safer and more supported over time.

Once registration closes, any remaining spots open for Drop-Ins. Drop-ins are a good option if committing to 12 weeks feels like a lot right now. Just know that drop-ins don’t include the same level of personalization or member perks, and the real progress comes from showing up consistently.
