Pregnancy asks a lot of your body. It changes how you move, how you breathe, how you rest, and how you relate to yourself day to day.

Prenatal Yoga at Body Mind Fitness is offered in Personalized Small Group classes, which means you’re not lost in a room full of people doing the same thing regardless of how they feel that day. You have space to listen to your body, ask questions, and move in ways that actually support you as things continue to shift.

Even if you’ve never done yoga before pregnancy, you are welcome here.

Small Groups Make a Big Difference

Because classes are intentionally small, you’ll receive individualized attention throughout each session. The more I get to know you, the more your needs and goals are considered when planning the class.

  • If something doesn’t feel right, we adjust.
  • If you have a question, you ask.
  • If you need another option, you get one.
  • And if asking out loud feels like too much some days, you can always reach out by email and expect a response within 24 hours.

How the Series Works

Prenatal Yoga runs as a 12-Week Series, allowing the class to progress thoughtfully and consistently. That structure helps you build familiarity, confidence, and trust in your body as your pregnancy evolves.

Once registration closes, any remaining spots open for Drop-Ins. Drop-ins are welcome when space allows and can be booked up to 15 minutes before class. They’re a good option if you’re easing in, though they don’t include the personalization or member perks of the full series.

While drop-ins are made available when registration closes, the benefits of signing up for the full series won't be found at any other yoga studio. When you register for the 12-Week Series, you'll receive:
