Welcome to your practice, wether you’re coming back or trying it out for the first time - I’ve got you covered. Getting cleared at 6 weeks postpartum doesn’t mean you can just pick up where you left off - there’re some considerations we need to take into account in your new mama body.
mama+babe yoga is a specialized program offered by Body Mind Fitness at our studio in London (Lambeth), Ontario with two classes to meet you where you’re at. The “under crawlers” class is perfect for new mom’s looking to ease back into physical activity with strategies for managing Core & Pelvic Health (link) while connecting with your baby through movement and breath, where we end with some songs and movements for your little babe.

mama + babe Yoga is a 55 minute class.
Body Mind Fitness provides weekly Small Group Classes that are Prenatal and Postnatal Friendly in London (Lambeth), Ontario that run as Pre-Registered Sessions at a discounted price. You are more than welcome to attend on a "drop in" basis when space is available and can reserve your spot online up to 15 minutes before the start of class.
What is the benefit Small Groups at Body Mind Fitness? You’ll receive individualized attention like no other. The more I get to know you, the more I can take your needs and goals into consideration as soon as I start planning the class.
