Do I have to do them on set days?

Yes. With that said, you have 42 days of access, so you can move sessions around to fit your life.

Is this safe during pregnancy?

Yes, you’ll see clear options for common exercises so you can keep moving with confidence. If you have specific concerns, chat with your provider and we’ll tailor your approach inside the forum.

I’m newly postpartum, when can I start?

When you feel ready and have your provider’s okay. Start slow, focus on breath and alignment, and reach out in the community any time.

What equipment do I need?

A stability ball, massage ball, and an optional light band.

Will this fix my symptoms?

Everyone’s body is different. Many participants notice fewer leaks, less heaviness, and better core engagement within the 28 days, especially when they apply the daily strategies to real life.
